Understand the problem
First, we sort out the problem together. What is actually getting in the way, and what is the impact of it? We dig in until we genuinely understand your world, because the right solution depends on understanding the real question first.
Find the technical solution
Then we look for technical solutions. We check how much value the software creates and which problems it will actually resolve. Based on that, we write a project plan and define a focused MVP, so you invest in the right thing first.
Design around your needs
Next we design the software, making sure it fits your needs, your users, your workflows, your context in education. Design is where we get the experience right before a line of production code is written.
Build in agile sprints
Then we build, working in Agile. Every two weeks there's a check-in meeting where we discuss the progress we've made together and decide what's next. You see the software take shape, no surprises waiting at the end.
Launch & monitor
Once the MVP is ready, we launch the software and monitor it closely. We fix bugs as they appear and keep everything maintained and running, so the launch is smooth and stays stable.
Keep improving together
Then we focus on the extra things you've requested. Based on that, we keep improving the software, adding value, refining and growing it with you, for as long as the partnership runs.
